Nedd urgent help!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I have put in a 500gb hardrive into my ps3 today it works and everything but I couldnt back up my old one so I put my saves on a usb stick and there back on the system now. I have to update all my games again I'm updating lbp at the moment but its really slow. PLEASE HELP! btw my internet connection is fine, are the servers down today? I havnt tried anyother game yet.

haha time never flies when your waiting for a download, i think i heard a friend talking about if you had your router portforwards open it pushes a little more through but dont know if its true or even makes sense since portforwarding is mainly P2P, just a thought
