Need advice on a little bro

Ok, so I have a little bro (9.5 years old), and I don't let him play with my PS3. Yesterday, he made me an offer of LittleBigPlanet GOTY as well as $20 in return for my Sixaxis controller and permission to play with the PS3. This is really tempting (I'll finally get a DualShock 3), but everytime I think about accepting it I remember my GameCube (which started the same way, and ended up in his and his friend's hands half the time). So what do you guys think?

set rules, i dont feel like making any i think you probably smart enough to come up with some.

I let my little brother play with the PS3, but I've set my rules too. For example I never let his friends play with it. Because I can manage him, but 4-5 10-year-olds putting their hands on my PS3 is not even acceptable. You shouldn't give such a young boy too much power I say:P

What is wrong with you guys not leting ur bro and his friends playing ur PS3. Its just a device after all. Dont ruine his childhood let him have fun.

Seriously though, let him play anyway, just don't let him take it overboard or play games that are "too much" for him.

We don't have that problem. We always find hours so that both of us can play. We're not hardcore players anyway. Now if you're not persuaded easily and want to get bribed..................well, wait till Uncharted 2 comes out:lol:

When I was younger my older brother wouldn't let me play OUR PS1, cruel ****. However I can see why you're cautious, he broke your GameCube so you have every right to be wary. Let me play your PS3 when there is you or a family member is around. And for the love of God, don't take a 9 year olds money.

hey what's wrong with younger brothers :evil: i am the youngest of my brothers (we are 3) and guess who broke BOTH THE FIRST PS1 I'VE EVER HAD AND THE FIRST PS2 I'VE EVER HAD... the second one. he connected both the ps1 and ps2 withouth the power converter (needed for ps consoles outside USA) and guess what happened...BOOM

The 9 year old has over $350, and just bought Rockband 2 a few weeks ago for his Wii, money really isn't an issue for him lol

And besides breaking stuff, younger brothers tend to annoy the **** out of you :P

No deal. It's yours, not his, you could go without an extra $20. Sure LBP is asome, but at minimum wage, you could get it in a day or two andstill have the PS3 all to yourself. Even if you don't have a job, still, it's a bad idea. BTW, why did your brother get LBP if he doesn't have a PS3?

He hasn't bought LPB, he's offering to buy it, and tbh I kinad want to play LBP wit him cause it's not fun playin it by urself. And the reason he's not buyin a PS3 for 300 is that he can play one for 80 if I agree lol, plus the TV he would hook it up to would be a 24" SDTV compared to the 50" HDTV mine's on right now.
