So im from australia I bought a ps3 slim from the US, will games from australia and uk(i have some games from the uk) work on my ps3? also will bluray discs from australian shops work on it? Thanks
All PS3 games are region-free. They will work an any PS3.
Everything else needs to be from the same region as your PS3. That means PS1 games, BluRays, and DVDs from any other region other than your PS3's region will NOT work.
