Im still level 3 and i escaped the vault and i went to megaton i accidently killed the sheriff but that's not my problem well where do i get some equipment? i need some armour and weapons and medicine's :'( help!
Go to Moira (I think that's her name) in Megaton since she's the one you'll get your supplies from. Don't expect much though. You really kinda need to explore and perhaps kill some people to get better stuff. Things are a little rough in the beginning, but once you level up some more it'll be easier to obtain stuff.
you shot the sheriff, but you didnt shoot the deputy :P since you shot him arent the locals hostile towards you now? oh and raid his corpse for the chinese assault rifle
