Netflix recently announced a set top box by LG that will stream their content onto TVs. In that same announcement, the CEO of Netflix said he was working with videogame console makers to integrate this same feature into them. I think we can all safely assume that would mean the PS3 and Xbox 360. I have both consoles, so if either does it, I'm good.

Do you know what streaming is? It has nothing to do with Blu-ray or HD DVD. They could stream Netflix content to the Wii.
It saves nothing to your hard drive. All it does on the PC is stream the movie over the internet to your PC.
As to paying, the streaming movie thing is free if you are a Netflix subscriber. Only thing is the movies available aren't the latest and greatest releases. So, you won't be streaming a movie that just came out on DVD. You'll probably have to wait a couple months or a year.
it would be sickk if u can pay by PSN cards :) how else would u pay for it?OrcsP2
Uhhhhhhhhhhh...credit or debit cards.
not gonna lie this would make netflix very accessible, if its exclusive on either side than that company should advertise it loads because now you can watch movies on your actual tv (assuming people are too stupid to hook up the computer to the tv.)
also, winamp will probably beat netflix to this, they alreayd ahev online video support in the xmb (youtube, aol video...) next update they will probably make radio and internet tv channels available. they have several movie channels without commercials...
winamp is b.a. i hope this becomes available soon

Eh, it's not technically 'free'. I subscribe to Netflix during my winter break and summer, and for every dollar per month you pay, you get an hour of watching streamed movies. That's how it works.
