With the recent jump in sales due to the price drop, how many units do you think the PS3 will have sold when Sony next makes an announcement?

I think 4,000,000+ but it could be more.

Remember a while ago they said they shipped 5.5 million? Well those are all 60 gbs, so my guess is 5.5 million, but that'll be around october I think.

The gap will be closed a lot between the PS3 and the other console. Also out of these sales how many opted for the 80 gig version for an extra $100.00. So the numbers may be better than anyone expected. We just have to wait and see.
