NFS Hot Pursuit Demo Thoughts.....?

Downloaded the demo yesterday and thought it was pretty cool, apart from one thing, the acceleration seemed a bit weird, like I was stuck in a one for gear for ages before it shifted up, and at some points it seemed like the speed was going down even tho i had my finger on the gas?!

Anyone else get this?!

No problem with the gas like you mention but i did think the steering is maybe a bit mushy at times. Still, I'm picking this one up.

I have a question about the demo. I tried playing it yesterday and once I logged online as it was required for the demo, it says the demo was expired. How do the hell do I play the demo? I'm currently redownloading it right now and I'm going to see if it works this time or not.

I've put in some time on it and I'm undecided whether I like it or not, I keep getting this feeling that something is missing but can't quite work out what it is.Flatbattery

Yeah, I hope the final version is better and more interesting as the Demo really made me like it less then I thought. It just doesnt seem that fun to me. the driving itself is stiff but the drifting is too easy and so on. I want a NFSU3 darnit!
