th japanese NG demo had english subs and english audio tracks as well as english menus. The option was also there to make it japanese. I cant see why the final game wont have the same features.

But that was a demo intended for US release. The type, menus and subtitles were in English with Japanese dialogue, I think the menus and such will be in Japanese for the Japanese release. But I could be wrong...
Well I have the japanese version of Virtua fighter 5, and as soon as I put in in my machine it was all in english. Even though the instruction manual pictures show the menus in japanese. There's no option that i can see to put it into japanese either.

it also had english voice overs... while listening to them it sounds like they didnt rerecordthe lines so the japanese game will have them im sure
