1. Burnout Paradise-Dev wanted the best physics possible, so they chose PS3 as their lead platform.

2. Dark Sector-Dev recently said that the PS3 was the game's leading platform. http://tinyurl.com/2xe2dr

3. UT2k7-Announced a PS3/PC exclusive in 2005, Epic has been primarily working on the PS3/PC versions (to a lesser extent the 360 port from PC version).

4. Army of Two-Devs wanted the best AI possible and chose PS3 to lead the game's development.

5. DMC4-They were working on the PS3 versions for 2-3 years before they even ported the 360 version, PS3 is way ahead.

And there are some games where it was ported to the PS3, and they look better/equal to 360 versions: Dirt, GRAW 2, RS: Vegas, Oblivion, Half Life 2: The orange box (because the devs always give it their all),The darkness, Guitar Hero 3 (because it was only shown at sony's E3 press conference), GTA4 (Because the devs always give it their all), and more. Also, it is very likely that Soul Calibur 4 will be built ground up for the PS3, since they already have knowledge of how to make a 3d fighting game for the PS3 (tekken).

And now it's been reconfirmed that Madden will run at 60fps on the PS3. http://gamers-creed.com/Gaming/PS3/23.html
