Oblivion for PSP

Ok, so i heard that Elder Scrolls IV: Oblivion, is coming out for the PSP in Q4 this year. but its gonna be called Elder Scroll Travels: Oblivion. Wut's up w/ that? I've also heard that its supposed to take place in another world. Is that true? and if so, how much of the game will be changed?

A similar thread posted a comment that it is a dungeon crawler and not free form like the PC / PS3 / 360 versions. I also heard that it got put on ICE indefinitely :(
