Ok im about halfway through the game and i realized that one of my charcters major skills i never use. So is it possiable to switch a major skill for another. For example i never use the Sneak skill and i was wondering if i could switch it with the Blunt skill.

Sorry, but no you can't. Although you could arrange your items, like enchanted neckless, rings, gloves, greaves and such on in order to increase your skills. For instance, if you're not interested in sneaking, but you are interested in blunt, then equip anything with a blunt boost instead of sneak boost. I think you can even make your own enchanted items in the main city's mages guild (I played the game so long ago that I don't even remember the name of the city). Also keep in mind that different armor types will influence towards your gaming style, like, I don't know, for example a robe or hood from the assassin's guild will boost your speed as your sneaking skills, but on the other hand you'll have less strenght, less blunt skills and you won't be able to carry as many things as if you were wearing a daedric armor, for example.
I'm not sure if theres cheats for it on PS3, but on computer there was cheats to change your class if you can do that the just create one with the skills you want, otherwise start over if its that big of a deal
