Ok, Is There A Difference Between D controllers and DW controllers?

one of them is transparent-ish and the other is solid black when held against the light.

my cousin came down--and he brought his controller which he bought seperately--and im telling him that my controller (the all black) is mine, while his controller the transparent one has a messed up X button.

basically is their a difference between the 40' GB controller

the 80 GB controller and the the controller you buy at the stores.

I don't get what you are saying but I think the 40 gig controller is a SIXAXIS (no vibration) and the 80 gig is a Dualshock 3 (with vibration).

on the back of the controller--

there is a classification under Made In China-- one says D the other says DW. the transparent controller is the D classification.

so i want to know--which one comes with the 40 GB model.

Are you sure one is a Dualshock 3?

none of them are--theyre both sixaxis.
