nasim007
Jeebus...what are you going to be saying when the PS3 gets beaten by the PS2 for the next several months? Are you going to be posting about that, too?x360 is available in large quantity and no one is buying it..........did you see the hardware sales charts..........around 2 million x360s remain on the shelves worldwide.
as for ps3 it would be sold out for at least a year.....................dont compare inferior x360 with ps3.
Last I saw there were over 6.5 million of them sold in the last year, with over 6 million of those sold outside of the holiday season. They'll sell a few million more over the holiday season. I hardly call that "nobody buying." Sony's going to sell out, that's for sure. But only because they can't make enough to meet the demand.even if SONY makes 10 million all wopuld sell out
6.5 million sold last year????????????????
MS shipped 1.5 million x360s last year worldwide
that was a lie...........they shipped 6 million units as of september 30,2006....here are the figures.
Xbox 360 Hardware (Through December 31, 2005)
North America - 0.9 million
Europe - 0.5 million
Japan - 0.1 million
Worldwide - 1.5 million
Xbox 360 Hardware (Through March 31, 2006)
North America - 1.8 million
Europe - 1.1 million
Other - 0.3 million
Worldwide - 3.2 million
1.7 million units were shipped in Q1 2006.
Xbox 360 Hardware (Through June 30, 2006)
North America - 3.3 million
Europe - 1.3 million
Other - 0.4 million
Worldwide - 5 million
1.8 million units were shipped in Q2 2006. Microsoft reached its goal of 4.5 to 5.5 million units (later revised to 5 to 5.5 million) through June 2006.
Xbox 360 Hardware (Through September 30, 2006)
North America - 3.6 million
Europe - 1.7 million
Other - 0.7 million
Worldwide - 6 million
x360 has a small fanbase ........of around 20 million...........but half of those customers would switch sides cause x360 is not powerful and ps3 hype is simply insurmountable.
x360 has a fanbase of 20 million? uhm didnt like the 360 sell like 7 mill so far? so would that mean a fanbase of about 7 mil?
u clearly saw the selling figures............they have shipped 6 million units.....4.5 million have been sold as of SEPTEMBER,2006
but as soon as the ps3 is launched who would be buying x360???
MS would now try to sell WH**** through edistributions.Rather than movies that might sell some consoles.Simply pathetic....they are trying so many things to peg back the ps3.....but would never help!!!!!
Your a moron..... Listen the PS3 has 400k coming state side and accoriding to your numbers 4.5 million 360's have been sold. Assuming(in all liklihood) that the PS3 sales out, that still leaves 295,100,000 people in the US who will have neither a 360 or PS3. So there are plenty of people who will get a 360 this holiday season. I bet you the 360 out sales the PS3 this holiday season.... any takers?tht is why u have 2 million still on shelves.
no one in ***/EUROPE would be buying x360............everything there would either go with ps3/Wii.
In US if the ps3 comes in short supply...........ps2 would become the no1 console for the holidays.
Listen! They cannot buy what is not there. The PS3 and Wii will both sale out. That leaves the 360 to buy. The Holiday season is when MOST sales happen. Are you really surprised they have a surplus sitting on shelves right now? Mark my words. The 360 sill sale more than the PS3 THIS holiday season at, at least in the US. How can anyone even semi-intelligent argue against it? It is pretty simple.
