-Sniper99-
Yeah same here, I downloaded THAT Tony Hawk Demo on my 360 Months Ago.>>>>>
I'd like some Different and Big name Demo's on my PS3 Please......
I dont care if its free, Sony needs to start taking all this Online stuff Seriously I' was HOping they'd have things figured out a bit by now.
Still love my PS3 but Online Experience is definately No where Near that of my 360.
Sony is doing OK considering their online service is 10 months old compared to Live which is what 6 years old?bunchofpixelsVery true.
[QUOTE="djHaQ"]I'd expect the "skate." demo next week. September 20. Close to the PS3 release date. masprague
Or expect it even later......Thanks for the NCAA demo EA, too bad the game came out a month ago and everyone who probably wanted it...already got it, then returned it..
Concerning NCAA, bought it, love it, keeping it. Same goes for Tiger. But enough about that.
According to the Skate PS3 forums, there are talks floating around about the SKATE demo for PS3 having problems so Sony sent it back and just got the fixed version recently to test.
Well the Reviews are in at Another gaming site for both the 360 and PS3 version of SKATE.
THey say both are fun and Better than the new Tony Hawk BUT the PS3 versions Graphics dont look as good as the 360's.
I was really surprised, but I guess I shouldnt I'm starting to notice a trend.
The main Difference was that the PS3 version has Lots of Aliasing and Blurring with some REALLY SPotty FrameRates>>>>
**sigh***
GUess I'll just have to buy another game for my 360 rather than my PS3..........again - (
Imagine that, Another EA game that is downgraded for now reason other than sloppy fat and lazy developers. This is really starting to get old. Why is it xbox titles looked better than ps2 but EA did not seem to purposely degrade one to the other. There were many more ps2's than 360's and it was cool on either one. Why switch that with next gen? Just wait till the NFL license comes back out from under them in another game year NFL (2k10) and people start deeing how this system can really perform for general gamer type games.
I love my all pro 2k8 gameplay and graphics, top notch or not, and it smashes maddens to the ground. A perfect example of sloppy design and a totaly backwards movement, the biggest fear everyone had when nfl went excluseive, it's spread to all of their games. Highly inferior.

You're awesome developers at 2k couldn't get All-Pro to run at 60fps either.
[QUOTE="indongga"]why Tony Hawk, why couldnt it be the SKATE demo....?!vip3r666
because EA doesnt like PS3
i Just played tony hawks and skate. skate is better if you like like a total of 20 tricks throughout the whole game and like waiting 20 seconds for your character to get up after he falls because we HAVE to watch the amazing ragdoll flop around.
Tony Hawks on the the other hand has litterially hundreds of tricks and gameplay has always been fun ( dont try and say you never thought that tony hawks is **** because i know if youve ever played any of them you liked atleaset one of them) the graphics arent top notch but who cares. If Mike Vallely has a couple jagged edges on his body its still an awesome game.
Skate demo =8.0
Tony Hawks pg demo =9.0

i think PSN should give more non sport demos, cuz ionno im really disspointed everytime i get on and the new demos are like nascar or NBA or something, with the exception of skating games.indongga
PSN can only put up demos that are done and have been tested and all that. We did get Stranglehold last week, and R&C is coming Oct 4th so there will be some non-sports demos for ya.

He's right though. There is not enough content on the PSN. There are all the new sport game demos but what about other things like movies/previews/music/classics....it's pretty weak right now.

Thank you. Ppl are just giving Tony Hawk some crap due to American Wasteland and Project 8. I actually like Proving Ground, and it's not missing a buttload of tricks like Skate.

Yes, but Sony has stated that they are attempting to make the Movies/Music download feature work before adding it so they're testing the crap out of it. Hopefully, that service gets up by the end of the year along with Home. That coupled with developers seemingly being able to crank out demos more efficiently now than in months past will be good news for the store.

They had online with ps2.. There's no excuse for the psn quality. It sure does reflect the reason why it's free..
Sony didnt offer an online service with the PS2. They gave you ethernet and thats about it.Please Log In to post.
