Orange Box Sound problems

While im playing the orange box minus Team fortress, i occasionally encounter this Static Sound coming up for come reason, at first i thought my speaker were ****ed and then i thought my HDMi cable was ****ed but turns out to be neither, Anyone who has Orange Box (ps3) know how to fix this problem? Cos im sure im not the only one, (only answer if you have the game cos if you dont theres no point)

Yep I get the same thing. If you can tolerate it then keep playing & it eventually goes away until next time. Otherwise I just quicksave my game & quit to the game select menu, then load the game up again & it's fine. It's still annoying to sit through all the loading though. Shame.

I must be lucky i've played through the whole game twice and not encountered this :S
