Play PC games on PS3?

All this update/operating system talk today got me wanting to play Rise of Nations (PC). Obviously I can play it on my tiny laptop, but is it possible to play PC games on your PS3? Or is that something the update might prevent you from doing? Just curious...

Tiny laptop it is... Thanks. Of course I can always just hook it up to my TV. Back to Valkyria Chronicles for now!

It might be possible if you could get linux running on the PS3 and get WINE working in linux that you might be able to play some pc games. But I don't believe they have wine working on ps3 at this point, after this update they never will.
