Playstation 3 help and suggestions

Okay, i'm thinking about getting a PS3 for christmas and i already have a few games in mind, but i want some opinoins(not fanboys) on some games and what not. I already have a Xbox360 and a Wii. One of the major reasons i want a PS3 is for blueray. If i get a PS3 it would be the only thing i get for christmas. I'm really thinking about this and want to know if this is a good decision or not.

PS3 is a verry good console and you wont be disappointed, games I recomend is: Call of duty modern warfare 2, Killzone 2, Uncharted 2 and Assassins creed 2:)

Well in terms of a cheap Blu-Ray player you can't go wrong with the PS3. The console also has some amazing exclusives. I say for 300 bucks the PS3 is well worth it. Use the recommendation thread when asking what games you want for it.
