He's talking about when you'd hear the lady say Playstation in a Japanese accent on the old PS1 commercials. "Pu-le-i-su-te-i-shi-yo-n" Then PS2 had the "Woo" sound, and PS3 has the longer, more ominous "Hooowoooowwwwoooo."
