Yes it is down right now because they are undergoing "maintenance". I am going to give Sony the benefit of the doubt and say that this "maintenance" is the addition of Tekken: Dark Ressurection. I think Sony would be smart to test their servers right now because I have a feeling that a LOT of people are going to be downloading this game as soon as it comes out.
It could be the MLB 2K7 demo also, considering that the demo was just released to the x-box live network, and the developer that came on to On The Spot about 2k7 said that the two demos would come out at the same time.
