Not really. I never had a Greatest Hits case until I rebought GTAIV. I had bought a used copy a couple years ago and always regretted it so I bought it for like $10 new. It has the red case which is kinda weird but it doesn't really bug me.
alittle, i mean if i have a choice between the greatest hits version and the regular then I will pick the regular, but if I want the game I wont not get the game because its the greatest hits version.
Yes, simply for the fact that it comes in a red box. I have no problem with the GH branding on the game or cover, but those red cases are hideous. If they came in a clear case like everything else I wouldn't care one bit.
Yes, I do. I think it's ridiculous, unattractive,and never liked the idea. All that needs to be done isput a "Greatest Hits" sticker on the packaging (beneath the plastic wrap if need be).

I feel the exact same way. I only have 2 games in my collection that have that dumb red case.
I won't buy them because they don't match the rest and it annoys the hell out of me.

Agreed This is my biggest problem with them, you just get a couple cases that stick out from the rest. I guess I'm just OCD about it but it bothers me a little.
Yah I'm a bit of a baby about that, I really don't like the red cases I think they look bad, not a fan of colored cases in general though, even the green xbox ones I'm not the biggest fan of. HOnestly just prefer the standard clear ps3 case
I couldn't care less, just look at the original xbox, their greatest hits boxes were silver and there was no problem there. As long as the game's there that's all I care about, plus sometimes greatest hits versions have some bonus content, so it works out for the better.
Nope, i just got 8 GH titles in the last few weeks. Strangely it bothers me if it's a platinum edition (european GH). The silver cases just look so hideous.
As someone who out of hundreds and hundreds of games doesn't own a single greatest hit, players choice, or platinum hit version of any game, yes i care, I'm OCD about my collection, having a few red or discolored cases on my shelves full of normal cases would drive me crazy, plus i just hate how cheap they look. If i like a game i'll buy it day one, i probably buy a new game every two weeks, and used ones at least once a week (older ones that are impossible to find new or "collector" games) and end up with maybe only 3 or 4 games a year that i didn't care for..

yup, but im a bit on the fence at the end of the day its ultimately the same game but i much prefer the original game rather than one plastered with greatest hits all over it.
For the Playstation 3 yes I do mind. I just hate the Red jewel case that Greatest hits games come in. I shouldn't care. Since it is only a case. I hate that I hate the Red greatest hits jewel cases.
I try not the buy games for PS3 that are greatest hits. But for the other 7th generation consoles I don't mind the greatest hits versions. But PS3 has to worst looking Greatest hits cases.
Yes, it bothers me. I find the red cases ugly, and it bothers me that they stick out from the rest of my games. I'm still having trouble adjusting with the old and new PS3 game covers.
