For me so far was Dead Space 2. Hardcore mode was the only thing that was standing in my way with the platinum mocking me from the other side until recently that changed.
Maybe Nier. Wasn't too bad, just time consuming. But nowhere near White Knight Chronicles which I'm very close to platinum :) That (soon) plat will definitely be my most rewarding.
Dragon Age Origins. Had to play through it an extra two times to finally get the 'explore every area' trophy, bleh. Also got Demon's Souls plat, but kinda cheated and had a friend dupe those weapons for the collector trophies lol.
sadly, i dont have any yet. i just havent felt like getting ALL the other trophies just to get one. as long as my experience was enjoyable the first time around...im good. MAYBE ill give it a second playthrough if its that good. of course theres a few exceptions especially if theres online coop.
RDR, it took me a long time to get 100% completion and even more time to actually get a full posse online.

Tell me about it. I still haven't gotten the plat because of the stupid Posse Up! trophy that requires 8 people to be in your posse at one time. Probably too late now anyways, the online is probably dead or near dead.
Tiger Woods PGA Tour 11 is my only platinum. Those gamernet challenges were unfair... especially when there were people posting scores of -35 or better. It was difficult to find a challenge that I could actually beat.
I played Fallout 3 for about 250 hours before the platinum trophy finally popped up and that was very satisfying cause I enjoyed the game from start to finish.
Demon's Souls was the most rewarding. FF13 was the longest, but that was just a huge grind. I'm super close on the GT5 platinum, but I dont think it will happen because golding some of the special events without a wheel is pretty much impossible IMO and its not worth the rage.
Another rewarding platinum for me is Borderlands. I got all the trophies, except for They'll Tell Two Friends(play against a gearbox employee or another one with this trophy) trophy. I waited maybe a month before my internet was finally connected. And DING! Platinum. :))
I have Borderlands and Demon's Souls Platinum trophies, out of the two i would have to go with Demon's Souls because i had way more fun playing the game.
Just platinumed Sly 3 and after beating the last two friggin' challenge modes, I'm gonna say that. Assassin's Creed II comes in second though. Working on platinuming Heavy Rain at the moment. :D
