I'm planning to buy a playstation 2 in late May (currently only own a wii). Can anybody tell me how much they cost and if there is any chace of a pricedrop by then. Thanks in advance.

I'd say look at the stores nearby, it's not because they doesn't make any that each stored all sold their stock of 60/80 GB. The SOny Styles web store is often re-stocked with 60/80 GB versions as well.

I tried that before i got the 40gb. Except all the stores had taken the 60gb off the shelves because it was discontinued. So yeah best of luck!shmedo

If he lives in NA he'll have better luck then in Europe. I live in Canada and at GameSpot they still have a bunch of 60/80 GB in stores, I asked when I got there earlier.
