PS3 Disc Reading Problem! Help me please!!

hello there, i'll make it quick. I turned on my ps3 today at around 3:30pm..i could see the littlebigplanet disc on the XMB...i turned it off cause i realized i wasn't going to use the ps3 at that moment. so i went later and i moved the ps3 to my other tv and when i turned it on the disc wasn't there...my cousin was with me so we started to play 'Marvel Vs Capcom 2' and when i was done i wanted to play littlebigplanet...and the CD didn't show...so i thought it was nothing so i turned it off. when i turned it back on a message on the ps3 said that 'the system had to preset (i forgot the word) on the hard disk.'...and the only option was to press 'ok'

i pressed it and i still couldn't see the disc anymore. i put in MGS4 and nothing appeared...i i went to settings and switch the setting of 'autostart disc' to on... so i restarted the ps3 and it just sent me back to the XMB screen...i'm pissed, frustrated, and extremely sad. I remember that 2 friends have had the same problem but i dont know...can anyone help me?

it seems that i can put the disc in and out but it never appears on the XMB...SOMEONE PLEASE HELP ME!!! I LOVE MY PLAYSTATION!!! :( :'(

It appears that your blu-ray drive went out...a loading circle at the top right appears but it never loads the game up?Happened to me last November. It cost me $161 to send it off and get it fixed.
