PS3 Fallout rate

okay. so lets see.

who here has actually had problems with your PS3 after 2.4

please post and list ANY and ALL problems you've had.

I had a minor one after 2.4 and it was related to the XMB. I was in super stardust HD and i went into the XMB and tried to swap over to Pixel Junk Monsters. It did nothing for a few seconds then beeped at me twice and restarted the system. But since then ive been able to swap games fine.

Anyone with the "bricking" problem, please tell us when it happened, and what you were doing.

Because if it happens after the ps3 is updated most of us should be fine.

That being said.....no problems on my end. I downloaded at 11:35 last night (EST) and played for a couple of hours today error free.

lol i was about to post the exact same thing and its 648 not 647.

we needed a unified official forum for it.

there are hundreds of topics and mine was for the sole reason of collecting data on the problems, and try to see if we can figure out IF and WHEN a problem is going to occur with other ps3 systems.

Anyways the fact that 647 ppl have posted on the problemon gamespot alone and sony said that a "small number" of ppl have been experiencing problems.

i didn't get a chance to update, but from what i know most of my buddies' ps3s were fine (which was proven to me by the ridiculous overflow of messeges over the in-game xmb)

with that said i hope they fix and re-release it soon
