ps3 free region games

hi every one ,actually I want to ask from where I can buy games that are free region which is ntsc and pal ,my ps3 is pal format and I went to amazon and they didnt type if the game pal or ntsc ,I went to ebay I found free region games but its really exspensive and I dont know what to do please guys I need help ,give me website that I can buy free region games or pal games.

I am from egypt and I asked gamestop about the pal games and what price of the shipping they said not all the games pal and the ships to egypt is 60$ which is alot of money,I have a friend at usa which I can send him the games and then he will send it to me to egypt.

I went to amazon and the prices at amazon are really good and the shiping are free in usa and sadly amazon dont send the games to egypt amazon send games only to usa and the same with amazon uk only send games to uk.

Usually software is only shipped in its native region because of contractual obligations.

It sounds like your just gonna have to use a friend.

not all ps3 games are region free, its up to the publisher. alot of EA sports games are region locked

i buy all my games from ebay.co.uk or ebay.com. i own 15 ps3 games (on discs) and about 10 were bought from ebay and all work (apart from the issue with tony hawks). 2 of them are from EA but i dont like sports games and i try to avoid games from EA because of the bad quality games they produce.

uncharted was region locked at first because the devs didnt realise but it was soon corrected i bought uncharted from canada which is ntsc and have had no trouble. you can buy any game from ebay and i can tell you for sure it WILL work on your ps3

the first seller is the best that i have come across most of his games are cheap. other 2 are good aswell. why dont you just search though??? search for the game that you want then clock on display lowest price first and there you go you got a list of the 1 game you want with the lowest first.

i will tell you this in advance though you WILL NOT find games on ebay NEW for $2 or anything like that at most you will save $30 on what they cost in stores.

the cheapest you will get a new ps3 game for is about $25 or $30. just because it sais 99cents doesnt mean that you will get it for 99cent. look out for the buy it now items it saves you having to wait weeks for the item to end.

not all ps3 games are region free, its up to the publisher. alot of EA sports games are region locked

LINK please - all games have been region free so far per all discussion around here. I am not saying you are wrong, but that is the first time someone that seems to understand the issue claims that games are region locked. FYI FIFA 08 (EA) worked without a problem on my brother's ps3 in Europe (sent it from US).

The uncharted DEMO was locked, but the demo was released on NA store so it was supposed to be for that region at that time....
