So i know its a little early but from what youve seen of the games on tap and from whats out there what do you think the ps3 goty will be. One pick. My early pick is uncharted, i honestly see that game being absolutly amazing, could be up for overall goty IMO.
Right now warhawk and ngs are the top competitors, but I am honestly thinking ut3, haze, ratchet and clank, and uncharted has a good shot. Maybe even folklore...
I cant really say anything right now kinda early..Uncharted has some real potential, if they can pull the game off without a hitch than its in some serious contention.
Naughtydog has always made good quality games, this game looks good graphically and all but i wonder how the gameplay will be. Hopefully nothing like 'Strangelhold'...with shoot em' up lameness. This is more like a tomb raider meets...something..

yeah i agree Uncharted in my opinion, Naughty dog is, in my opinion, an amazing company and they produce some great games. also they small amount of hype this has will hopefully catch people of guard, when you expect a game to be great it usually disappoints you usually set you expectations high.

Uncharted looked like a pretty sure shot, but I read something briefly in SW last week about how something was wrong with it, like Gamespot did a hands on and the controls were terrible/game was 3 hours, or something? There wasn't a source, just hearsay, but has anyone heard anything negative about the game yet?
Crash Bandicoot and Jak & Daxter are both awesome series', and I don't see why Uncharted would be any different, but after the huge flop that was Lair and the possibility of Heavenly Sword falling far short of expectations, I'm not planning on hyping anything. I am excited for Uncharted though.

Could be Uncharted. I think the safest pick is Ratchet and Clank, though.
I have a 360 and I am going to get Halo 3 but I like the PS3 better but I think that game of the year will either go to Mass Effect, Bioshock, or Halo 3 just because Halo has a bigger fanbase and look at all the praise Bioshock got. I dont really know that much about Mass Effect but I hear it is going to be great. I would rather see RaCF or Uncharted to get up there and win one but I dont think it os going to happen. Oh ya and I forgot about Call of Duty 4 the multiplatform game might win. Its all possibilitys.Â
I agree with, well, everyone when they say Uncharted. My other pick would be Haze. Looks like a stylish and original FPS, a phrase previously thought to be a contradition-in-terms.
