ICO collection and Prince of Persia maybey. I never owned a ps2 and wanted to play shadow of the colossus and I really liked The Two Thrones but never had a chance to play the first 2 games so I wanna go back and try those out.
Ico and Shadow of the Colossus - I haven't played either of those games but have heard nothing but good things about them.
Also interested in the Prince of Persia collection. Never played any of those games either but they look like a lot of fun.
Tomb Raider - I dunno. heard a lot of mixed opinions about those. I like the overall concept, but they all seem to have some pretty frustrating technical shortcomings.
Why have HD collections become so big, it just to pay for something you already bought in the past and beat. The only HD collection I would ever get would be Sly, but I'm probely not going to because I already beat it and everything

There are movies that I've owned copies of on VHS, DVD, and now Bluray. I guess I could have kept a VCR around, but I'd rather have something compatible with current technology and keep my TV stand neat. I have already bought Sly collection and it was definitely worth $39.99.
You also need to consider that much of the younger generation has an interest in playing through early entries into series they are familiar with from today's consoles.
Team Ico collection is a Day 1 purchase. Prince of Persia and Splinter Cell I'll wait for the price to drop. I already have the Tomb Raider games on Steam so no thanks.

Why are they putting underworld in the package? That game was a PS3 game not a ps2 game. Shouldn't they have put tomb raider and the angel of darkness instead? That way you would have all 3 PS2 games. Angel of Darkness, Legend, and Anniversary.

Because Crystal Dynamics didn't develop Angel of Darkness. Underworld will now have trophies as well as the other Tomb Raider games included. Even though it doesn't make much sense to "remaster" a PS3 game as well as two PS2 games, Crystal Dynamics said in an interview that since technology and their budget have improved since these games were released, they can improve the visuals with the collection. Really only interested in Team ICO Collection, just because I've never played them on PS2 and I want to see what the big deal is about the games, considering they're praised very highly.
