In ultimate mission mode, one can wonder around breaking objects. The Problem comes now. How to change the action skill (Naruto Cannon) to Rasengan???

Dude, just go through the ultimate mission mode and you will get the power. You don't have it in the beginning.

I beat the ultimate mission mode, and it takes quite a bit to get rasengan. You use it to break down doors.

You get rasengan when you beat the part of the story when naruto learns rasengan (Search for Tsunade Arc). You use it to break down doors that look chained up.
