after seeing the PS4. Not about the games because that is obvious, but the user interface. How long it take check messages or update your status when you are in game or app. I have never been huge on the whole social integration with games, but I do use Twitter and Facebook and think this will really good for the community. I may even start my own Youtube channel since I don't need expensive extras to upload game video.

I agree but for a different reason, after getting a Vita and using party chat on any game to talk to someone (even on different games), or even when we disconnect from a game is great. The PSN store is easier to navigate, YouTube is actually useable now (they put a lot of care and effort into that app and it shows) the customization is better for the interface/profile. Sure they may not be the same thing, but these are the two Sony consoles I own and some of the improvement the vita has made make the PS3 feel quite dated. I just hope they don't charge some online service for all the things they're planning on the PS4.

Yeah YouTube and the PSN are pretty bad too. The user interface as a whole needed these upgrades. Neflix is the only thing that is great right now.

Naruto Storm 3, God of War 4, The last of Us, Bioshock, GTA5 , MGS:GZ (although Im not sure if its a nextgen game or not) Those game right there still make my PS3 worth while.

I think the "share" function is cool. I used to be big into RTS games like 15 years ago. They came out with a recorded games feature, and it made the learning curve for rookies much easier. You were able to get much better competition in games because newer players could watch top experts play and learn quickly.

Yeah, the start up is pretty slow and it takes a while for everything to come up and overall it just seems kind of sluggish sometimes. Of course my PS3 is over 4 years old now, but still I hope the PS4 is as quick and smooth as they're hyping it to be.

Even outside of the PS4 the PS3's UI has always seemed slow and outdated.
