Considering how much they love to post rumors about the PS3 to try to degrade it, when they state that a rumor, that would possible degrade the current PS3, as bogus, I would say that it's most likely bogus.

please no, not yet:? let's have fun with the ps3 first. and besides, i remember something about a then year life span?? not assuming that another console outlives ps2, but time will tell;) 2015 comes fast enough for me.
