Edit: Off-topic, Chaos, do u play BF:BC? cus ur name seems familiar
YepI'm not in the know here. Are PSN cards used when you don't want to charge your credit card and just get them through your PS3? Similar to Microsoft points and the 360?
Thanks

Yeah pretty much thats wat they are so u dont use ur credit card on the PS store
Seriously why the hell isn't Sony giving these a wide release. Exclusive to Blockbuster and not even all of them its ridiculous. Day one Microsoft put Point Cards everywhere and we have to treat PSN Cards like the Holy Grail.Ket87
why is the lowest $20 and the highest $50?

Well I don't know if you would really want lower than 20, but if you did sure you can complain about that, but complaining about it going as high as 50 seems pretty useless, just buy multiple cards.

i think $10 should of been the lowest and $30 being the highest. Why would a parent pay $50

Well there's full games like Warhawk on the PSN, which cost more than 30 dollars with tax, so 50 dollars would be covering that and possible expansions etc. eventually sony might release other denominations: like 10, 25, 50, 100.
Lucky bastard! LOL :P I live in Canada and have yet to get them.
Just a question, could I use the PSN cards in NA for the Japanese PS Store?I saw Biohazard 2(Resident Evil 2) there and a bunch of other PSOne games I would like to get. Seriously, the Japanese store is filled with PSOne games. There's like 30 PSOne games on the US/Canada store compared to the Japanese store which has OVER 9000!:P

and thats what the 20 bucks is for, the market that don't want the full games. Small games like Super Stardust are around 10 bucks, so yeah I guess a 10 dollar card would be nice, but whatever buy 2 games, there are enough high quality PSN games, plus expansion packs that warrant a 20 dollar card.
There may not be a big market for full games, but I do see people possibly spending a lot at the movie store, renting in HD is nice (on a side note: too bad i'm stuck in Canada where regular high speed internet is capped at 60GB if you stick with the only two major providers ... i hate monopoly)
i dont buy thoses because its 20$, and everything on psn is uneven, like 7.99$ so you would ened up with like a couple bux left over and u cant buy anything with it, so i just use creit card, but im glad they have them, StealthKnife
thats my point. why is the lowest is $20 and the highest is $50
The starting price point should be $10. It almost as if sony is forcing ppl to buy stuff.

So if something is $7.99 I can't just pay $7.99. I have to pay $10 and have $2.01 left over. That's why I have a balance of $4.03. I have yet to find a way to only pay what something costs.
