"Currently in a limited closed beta, Home will enter a wider beta in April, with launch set for this fall in the US and Europe." That is what GS said. Now will the beta be open is my question? Probably not.
The beta in April is public which means anyone can sign up (or however u get it). I know i will be trying it out.

It was just on 1ups blog.LiquidMetal14 I'm sticking 1 up right now at 1 up for posting something so silly. It comes out in fall.
