Well i am getting the PS3 and i wont be using PSN Network i will just Play PS3/PS2 games and Broswe Internet and wacth blu-Ray and music to hear and wacth pics so i wont be using PSN Network will i still be able to play PS3 Games.

yes, but not online. and for web browser, not too sure but i think u have to be signed in to use it? can some1 confirm this sign in for browser for me? but ya, in the end u can play all ur games and everything except for online games.

So why would you not use the PSN is my question? You don't have to put even real information in for your account if you use Sony Cards - so there's no risk to your personal info if you download stuff you pay for. That's the only reason I could think of to not get on the PSN, or are you just not in to the online gaming scene?

Even if you are not into online gaming, I still don't see why you shouldn't sign up since the marketplace has demos and videos for upcoming games. By the way, did you know that it's free?
