Think it's not possible. Anyway, 2.71 psp = downgrading to 1.5 = custom fw = illegal = not allowed to be posted/asked here.
If u want to upgrade to 2.7, i think it's possible just google, on the other hand why u want to do that when u can easily apply 3.5and as enral says downgrading discussion isn't allowed here
