psp gp-download

I am deciding whether or not to get a psp go this biggest thing that gets me right now is the fact that every thing is kept on flash memory,Lets say i only have 16gp to fill with games, movies, music and exd..exd..exd what happens if i fill up the flash memory and i need to make space so i delete a game.Since i don't have the disk how can i get it back or do i have to re-pay for it.

You can only redownload a game 5 times though before they make you buy it again.
