Well video works, just not streaming, and only certains types. For instance all of the video podcasts from G4tv.com work. But it seems the "On the spot podcast" from gamespot does not work.
i use many different video RSS's from the sony connect psp site. on yer psp, go to http://psp.connect.com/ and you can get all kinds of video RSS channels. (note - you cannot stream them, you have to download them to your memory stick to watch them). my favorite is the movie trailers one.
oh, and also the psp cannot do text RSS feeds. only music and video
