Purchase Debacle

I'm looking to get a playstation console and I'm not sure what to do. Money is a little tight right now so I'm leaning toward getting a ps3 off amazon for $150 or should I go with a PS4 and be set back for a while?

Thoughts?

The PS3 has a good collection of games that will keep you entertained until you get the money for a PS4

Just get a PlayStation 4 and you will be set for the 8th Generation of games. But if money is tight then a PS3 is a good start. Since PS3 consoles/games are cheap as people have been upgrading and many have ditched their old consoles and games.

@eternalflame: well what games are you interested in?

Get a 500GB PS3 and you'll be playing good (cheap to buy) games until your eyes bleed.

Have a PS3 and PS4 and unless there's a specific game you want on the PS4, you can wait on it.
