Question about AC 2 trophy

Ok, so I'm one trophy away from the platinum, but I can't win it.

It is the Fly Swatter trophy, in which you have to kick a guard using the flying machine, too bad I already finished the game.

My question is can I acces it or replay the value without having to do the whole game again? Because right now I can't but I saw a video in which they just chose the mission and played it, do you unlock this feature somehow? Video, see how he replays it.

I also heard that in the upcoming DLC you can use the flying machine, can someone confirm or deny?

Well you need to restart the game and do that mission... I don't know about the flying machine in the dlc, possibly in the bonfire of the vanities.
