Question about COD4-MP

ok so I use the gernade launcher on the M4 alot....I mean alot....anyways sometimes when i shoot it the nade doesn't explode it just bounces off and doesn't do anything? anyone else have this problem?

ps. I would have twice the kills I have now if the damn nades blew everytime I shot them

can cod4 be played mp like socom or is it all face paced and respawn like resistense

Maybethe game is just simulating duds. Just look at it as a punishment for spamming the noob-cannon, a risk you'll have to take for not wanting to work for headshots.

Maybethe game is just simulating duds. Just look at it as a punishment for spamming the noob-cannon, a risk you'll have to take for not wanting to work for headshots.
