in order to be summoned you need to beat the phalanx and then talk to that chick in the nexus, she gives you a blue eye stone which you can drop in front of boss doors to help people, or some levels let you drop it at the beginning of the level. To invade you gotta kill a specific enemy which I cant remember who and they should drop it.

If you wanna summon a friend you need to be in your human form and your buddy must be in sould form and drop a blue eye stone so you can click it and summon him.
And in case you didn't know being summoned and helping someone beat a boss, or invading a world and killing someone will give you your body back.

select the blue lights you see on the ground when you are soul form to go help other people.. use your blue eye stone when you are human form to summon other people to help youMethodManFTW
