At the end of the story mode, is it true that all of the characters are dead except for Raiden, Sonya and Cage? I'm referring specifically to the cutscene where everyone attempts to confront and fight Sindel and she defeats them all, one after another. She finishes by finally killing Jade, pulling her heart out. Katana surely dies after this, and later on, only Cage and Sonya return from the apparent casualties.
I just wanted to know, were the rest of them all killed for sure? I guess it would've made sense but it wasn't entirely clear if they all died or not, judging from the way Sindel handled them and how they went down. I guess Smoke and Stryker were somewhat clear, but I'm not even sure if even they were killed.
