for someone who hasnt played the previous Unreal games, would it be hard to pick this up and get used to? Im interested in this game but i havent played any other ones, and i dont want to go online and keep gettin owned by UT pro's. lol

this is just like any other fps. the more you play, the better you get. Im not sure what kind of answer your looking for, but that pretty much sums it up. you can start of with bots if you feel intemidated.

no it's not hard, in fact the gameplay is very intuitive like ut1(the best of uts imo), basically you just need to be fast and aim well like most fps.

But i consider ut3 a game that anyone can play. The 700mb demo has SP modes as well as MP mode,so you can practice in SP as much as you want.

The demo is awesome,play it, you won't regret.

UT is the most refined FPS ever, you can pick it up and roll with it straight away, tho of course if you want to spend the tme there is alot of small things to learn and master.
