Question to Tekken 6 owners

Can you create Michelle Chang in Tekken 6? This has me at a state of buying it or not. I mean I know I can give her Julia's moveset but I want to know if it's possible to create Michelle's character model? If so, does anybody have the specs to do so?

Tekken does not have Soul Calibur's character creation system. You just buy hair styles, clothing, and accesories.
