Rachet and Clank 60 FPS. Resistance 2 confirmed??

With Ratchet & Clack Future: Tools of Destruction releasing a mere month from today, news has come regarding its technical specifications.

Straight from Insomniac's Full Moon Show comes captivating information regarding framerate, resolution and disc size of Ratchet and Clank's upcoming adventure.

Set to run at 60 fps, the title will support both 720p and 1080i. For all you Resistance fans, they promise that all of their upcoming PS3 titles will support 60 fps (and that means Resistance 2 as well). Back to Ratchet and Clank, the title will take up a whopping 22 GB of a 25 GB Blu-ray disc. Even without the localizations, the title couldn't fit on a DVD9.

Be sure to check out the Ratchet & Clank Future demo on PlayStation Store on October 4th, followed by the full release on October 23rd.

i'd be more happy about the resolutions than fps....30 fps at 1080p would have been better but 60 fps at 1080i is good enough...

cant wait to play it also i think its obviouse that resistence 2 will be coming out..

im guessing its going to be great as insomniac know a great deL ABOUT THE SPU'S AND THE CELL..

Actualy they said the frame rate is variable however itll remain at 60 most of the time, but itll never drop below 30.teebeenz
