Rachet and Clank CHALLENGE MODE!!

Has anyone beaten the game yet and got to replay the game in Challenge mode. I have to say this game is amazing and Challenge mode makes me just as excited to play it the second time around as I was the first time and that is amazing.

For the people who dont know, Challenge mode is something you unlock at the end of the game where you get to play the game over but all the enemies are muchmuch harder to kill. You also have the ability to buy a new cool looking expensive armor, and you can rebuy all your weapons as Omega which allows you to level them up to a max of level 10 as opposed to a max of level 5 like the first time around.

This added so much replay value to an already amazing game and amazing story. Oh and I was never a R&C fan. I only played Going Commando for a little bit when R&C gameplay trailers were being shown.

I'm playing through the challenge mode right now, and it does take a lot more work to kill the enemies. I've just started it, so I can't quite afford any of the omega weapons, yet.

Definitely a great game, and the challenge mode is a lot of fun.

I am working on the skill points but I cant figure out what you need to do to get some. I think the only thing I wish was better were the skin selection. I work so hard to get the bolts and the skins suck, lol.Javy03

There should be a skill point list on GS. Look in the Hints and Cheats section on the Ratchet and CLank FTOD page.

i beat challenge mode twice within the span of 3 days. it honestly feels like the difficulty does not change that much, since while it seems enemies have more health, your weapons now pack more of a punch.

not to mention that if you got the RYNO IV from normal mode, going through the game again in challenge mode becomes a cakewalk.

and when you get the Golden Groovatron, the game practically becomes beatable for 5 year olds.

I havn't gotten a chance to play mine yet.... It came like this =(

But I've played every other ratchet game and this isn't anything new. I always expect all games to have stuff like this after you beat it then I get dissapointed in many games when I just see the credits =(
