Rainbow is dead...

I heard the online community in R6 Vegas is dead and the game has many glitches and bugs. My friend has the game and he told me that he can't alot of people palying it online and the game is very glitchy so I purchased COD 4 instead...

Was this the right move?

I'm not sure what you mean, butI play it both single player and online. The online community is flourishing. I have no trouble finding a game.

Probably not just you. Do a network test. Make sure you are NAT2 or lower. If you are NAT3, it could explain what you are experiencing. I had to change a couple settings on my router to be NAT2 when I couldn't connect to games in warhawk. Now everything is cool.

The game was good during the summer, when no one had any other games to play besides R6 online. It was so much fun in it's day. It's just that now, it's day is over.

The online community transferred over to UT3, CoD4, Warhawk, etc.

I'll still be picking up Vegas 2 for the story mode, and maybe the online.
