I believe so, but I think it's also in the developers hands to make the game region free also. If I'm wrong though, I'm sure many people will be happy to correct me:P
Yea PS3 games are all region free (apart from PS2 and PS1 games)
But however if some Downloadable content comes along you wont be able to get it (unless its free and you got a us or ja account) (or got a us or ja credit card)
