There was even a bad quality video with someone holding it a while back. i wonder how they got a hold of it. VIDEO
It makes me think maybe Sony leaked this on purpose to build speculation and it worked.

I'm still baffled by how the very first slim showed up in a Puerto Rican street market (or wherever it was).

its a lil marketing 101. sonys marketing and advertising team really are quite brilliant. when the system 1st launched, maybe not so much. but man did they ever turn it arround.
