Resistance 2 or Call of Duty World at War?

tough choice. both very different games.

if you have cod4, i'd go for R2. if you never played COD4, get COD: WAW.

R2 has the slight edge when it comes to single player and more variety when it comes ot multiplayer

however, COD4/5 have some of the best standard deathmatch style gameplay of any console shooter.

if you like coop multiplayer, get R2,

competitive multiplayer, cod5

haha no problem. I was in R2 beta, so i can say the gameplay is basically the same, except the buttons were mapped from what youll play on RFOM to the more user friendly COD mapping

RFOM - R3 for aim (terrible) ... Resistance 2 - LI for aim

i cant remember if you can sprint in RFOM, but you definitely can in R2... its L2 which is actually much better than using L3signore

I can't remember about the SP in RFoM, but the MP had sprint.

I have had both. I returned R2 for online play problems but even the amount I played with R2, the Co-op was mundane and boring after a while and the competitive multiplayer was almost cartoonish feeling. Not a good shotter in my opinion. I also own COD4 and think that CODWaW is better than Modern Warfare. You cant even really tell its a world war 2 shooter. The maps and really big which completely changes the way the game is played from Modern Warfare. So to answer the question, WaW is the better choice if you want a game with greater replay value.
