Resistance 2 or GTA IV??

One thing I notice is most people who never played previous GTA games(or at least not much) loved GTA4, but the fans of the old games often are disappointed.

I'm a huge fan of the old GTAs and I played them ALOT, but I think GTA4 the best GTA game so far.

I would recommend GTA IV. Even though I was a little disappointed with it, it's still better than Resistance 2. I was hugely disappointed by Resistance 2, it had lost all the atmosphere that made the first one good. All that was left was an average shooter with below average graphics and bad storytelling.

I'd say Resistance 2 since I own both and found that one to be more fun. It also has the better online mode and thus better replay value.
